Incoming mail is checked for spam and sender authentication before it reaches a mailbox.
Separate credentials
Mail accounts are kept separate from the website hosting panel, so one compromised login can't open the other.
Tested deliverability
New domains are verified with independent authentication tests and real two-way mail before handover.

A client was moving off a compromised host, so we moved their email too, checking the data before importing it.
